Refund and Cancellation Policy

We take utmost care and use best possible packing material like thermocole, cardboard and plastic boxes etc.  So there is no possibility of the product getting damaged.  Still if the product is damaged during transit, do not worry, simply contact us by whatsapp or email.
Replacements will be made if the product is damaged in transit or if the product is defective.  If the product is not defective and it is as per specifications mentioned, but if it is not use able by customer or if a customer says he does not like it or for any other reason, then the product will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If any problem or defect in the product, than you must inform within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.  After 7 days, no complaints will be entertained.  The maximum replacement period for any product is 14 days. After 14 days the replacement window is closed and no product shall be eligible for replacement or refund after 14 days from date of delivery.

In your message mention: (1) Order number (2) Exact nature of problem / defect and (3) Your contact details.  (4) Photo of defective Product. We shall than arrange to replace the product if it is eligible for replacement within the replacement period of 14 days.

Refund Policy

Customers should clarify their doubts before placing order. If you are having any expectations, please clarify your doubts / expectations before placing order. If you are having high expectations, than it will result in 'Item/ quality not as expected' which will not be acceptable. So do let us about your expectations before placing order and inquire if the product will fit your expectations.  If a customer returns the product which is not defective or damaged, then both ways courier charges shall be borne by customer.

If due to any reason a customer wants to return the product, a refund will be made subject to deduction of following charges:
1) Packing material and packing charges. (at actual)
2) Courier/Postage charges. ( at actual)
3) Payment gateway / processing charges. (5% for online orders and actual COD amount for COD orders)
4) Administration and Restocking charges. (15% of total amount)
If you want to return the product and get refund after deducting above expenses / charges, send us a email with your order number and reason within 7 days of receiving the order, after which no return requests will be entertained whatsoever may be the reason.Once we receive your return request and your request is approved, than we shall send you a RMA form by email.  You will have to take printout of the RMA form and send it back along with the product to us by courier at your own cost.

Terms and Conditions:

    1) All sales are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
    2) Our Maximum Liability in any case (defects/ damage) will be limited to the cost of the product and return courier charges if any paid by the customer.  Our liability will not exceed the cost of product and courier charges, whatsoever the case may be.
